WHO CAN REGISTER?


The app is available to all consumers in Mauritius.




HOW TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT?


The registration process is simple. You download the app for free from the app store or play store
Once the app is installed, you can either use your email or mobile number to sign up as a service provider.
You will receive a verification email when you register with your email address. Make sure you check your spam box if you haven’t received within 5 minutes. When you click on the link in the email, your account will be activated.
If you registered using your mobile number, you will receive a 4 digit Pin Code(OTP) which you have to insert in the app (the OTP screen).Once you have added the correct number, your account will be activated.




WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?


Currently, we have a wide range of services available covering different sectors; from construction to medical professionals. Every week new service providers are joining the app and we keep updating our database accordingly.




IS IT FREE?


Yes – it’s free for all client users




CAN I SAVE ANY ADVERT?


Yes. If you like a particular service provider, you can add them to your Favourite list.




HOW DO I LOOK FOR PROVIDERS OF A PARTICULAR SERVICE?


You can use filters under each category to drill down to a particular list of service providers. You can sort by ratings or distance to have the list of service providers in a particular order.




WHAT DOES NEAR ME DO?


Near me is an option for you to find the service providers who are within 5km of where you are. It can be helpful for example, if you are going to a new area and you are looking for some great food closest to you!




WHO CAN GIVE FEEDBACK?


If you have used one of the service providers, you will be allowed to give 1 feedback. You are currently limited to feedback per service provider.
